These Terms and Conditions govern all bookings, communications, and services offered by Islam Painter.

1. Service Agreement

By booking our services, you agree to these terms. Once you confirm a service (via phone, email, or online), a valid service agreement is formed between you (the client) and us (Islam Painter).

2. Scope of Services

We provide:

Interior & exterior painting
Wall putty, texture finish, and touch-up jobs
Site visits and project estimates (free or paid, depending on location)

3. Estimates & Payments

All estimates are shared in writing or WhatsApp after inspection or inquiry.

Payments must be made as per the agreed terms (advance or after completion).

Accepted payment methods: UPI, bank transfer, cash, or cheque.

GST is included only if applicable and mentioned in the estimate.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure clear access to the property during working hours.
Move or cover valuables, electronics, and furniture before the job begins.
Provide clean water and electricity as required for painting tools.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.

Late cancellations may incur a fee (usually to cover travel or material costs).

6. Warranty & Limitations

We offer a 1-month workmanship warranty on our painting services for issues like peeling or improper finish (due to our work only).

We are not liable for issues caused by:

Damp walls or water leakage
Structural damage
Use of low-grade paint (if chosen by client)
Delays caused by weather, public holidays, or local restrictions

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India, specifically under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the District Court of Saran (Chhapra), Bihar, India.

9. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as required. Updated terms will be published on www.islampainter.com
